Hope you are all doing well and having a happy friday!!! Here is a quick review on the Tarte LipSurgence Natural Lip Tint in the color "Charmed."
Sephora describes it as "A natural lip stain that is clinically proven to increase lips' moisture content by 6000%."
Charmed is a pretty light pink lip color. It has a nice natural, semi glossy finish. The color pay off is great. This particular color can be layered with other lipsticks or lip glosses. I used this layered under another lipstick on my wedding day and it looked beautiful and lasted all day.
This product is definitely moisturizing. My lips do not feel dry at all when I use this. I also like the sort of minty smell that this product has.
The packaging although somewhat simple is good because the color of the tube is the same as the actual color of the lip tint with a nice sparkly purple cap. Also there is no need for a pencil sharpener with these because you can simply twist the bottom of the lip tint clockwise and the pencil tip rises.
Like most of Tarte's products, this lip tint is formulated without parabens, sulfates and other not so good stuff.
I bought mine at Sephora but these lip tints are also available at Ulta. They are $24 each. They come in a variety of colors and finishes. They have a natural, matte, and luster finishes.
Bottom line: They do what they say and I will definitely repurchase! I want to try some of the other colors too!
